RETURN POLICY

If your product has manufacturing defect, or it is damaged during the transit when delivering to the
customer, we can exchange if similar product is available or we can refund. Return your purchase to us
within 3 days and we will refund your full purchase price, excluding shipping charges, return shipping
charges & applicable custom duties/taxes.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Products will only be accepted if they are in their original packing and tags intact, the right invoice
value and original invoice.
- We cannot accept returns of product over 3 days in your possession or any sign of use.
- However, if you would like to exchange a product, please check our exchange policy.
- There will be no return or exchange on customized orders.
REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- We will process the refund after receipt of the product/s by Bond Beyond Jewellery Trading LLC which
maintains http://www.bondbeyond.ae Website ("Site"). Customers cannot cancel their order once shipping
confirmation has been sent via e-mail. Cancellations will only be accepted before the shipping confirmation,
in this case refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer, only if
requested before 9:00pm (GMT+4) on the same day of purchase.
- Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded back to the credit/debit card within 7 to 15 working days.
In case of use of any cash back/promotion amount that you saved will not be a part of the refund. For orders
placed through gift certificates or voucher of "Site", refund would be provided in form of a fresh gift
certificate or voucher of the same value (less shipping charges).
EXCHANGE POLICY

Any items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition along with
original receipt within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Items on "promotion / sales" are not eligible for exchange.
- In case of exchange, customers are liable to pay for the shipping fees (for both return of original product
and shipment of exchanged product).
- You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher.
- Request for exchange will not be applicable if there is any physical damage (including scratches) to the
product because of misuse, dropping, etc.

priority is always you and your confidence in us. We would always prefer you to come back to our store. However,
if there are any damages you have noticed, please notify us on info@bondbeyond.ae describing all possible order
details including images. We will then further communicate in case of return and arrange a pickup
